Deposit Info & Cancellation Policy

We expect that you are as excited to have your party as we are to have you as one of our clients, and as such we anticipate that cancellations will be few and far between. In the unfortunate instance that you must cancel or your event needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather you can find all the answers you’re looking for below!

Deposit & Payment Information

We require a %50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to get your reservation on the schedule. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apply Pay & Google Pay. The deposit goes towards your total balance and is used to lock in your reservation and reserve your unit. (Checks are accepted for Schools & Churches)

Full payment is due 24 hours prior to delivery, if payment is not made additonal amount will be charged to the credit card on file. Once the bouncers are erected, and set up,  NO refunds are available.

Return Check Policy

In the event that a check is returned to The Waterslide Guys for insufficient funds, the customer agrees to pay the total rental price as well as an additional $75.00 return check fee. Checks are only accepted from businesses, churches, and schools. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.

Cancellations

Inflatable rentals can be canceled & rescheduled for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the event start time for no additional cost. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The total deposit collected will be used for event rescheduling up to 365 days from the cancellation date.  Cancellation after this time will incur the half cost of the rental(s). ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Cancellations due to weather conditions may be placed up to 12 hours prior to booking time at no cost. The customer must contact The Waterslide Guys via phone call AND text or email to cancel. Once the equipment arrives at the event payment is due and not refundable.

Rentals that are set up on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or pavement must be closely watched to prevent their moving. If the equipment moves the customer is responsible for moving back to the original location and securing it properly as displayed at setup time. WIND SPEEDS MUST NOT EXCEED 15 MPH for concrete, asphalt or pavement setups. If wind exceeds 15 MPH customer is to provide a suitable grass location or reschedule the event for another date up to 1 year or (365 days) from the Cancellation Date.

 

Inclement Weather

The Waterslide Guys reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in The Waterslide Guys opinion, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety of guests & patrons. This includes but is not limited to wind, rain, snow, or mud. A suitable indoor location should be reserved as an alternative site in the event of poor weather conditions.

  • The Waterslide Guys, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event when the wind speeds are in a hazardous range to operate inflatables.
  • The Waterslide Guys, LLC reserves the right to cancel if the temperature is unsafe due to heat or cold.

If the weather is questionable The Waterslide Guys will contact the lessee prior to delivery. The deposit will not be refunded if the lessee is made to cancel by The Waterslide Guys due to weather conditions. Deposits will be reserved for an event rescheduling no later than 365 days after cancellation.

Cleaning Fees & Damages

Community/Public events: For all community/public events, a refundable cleaning deposit of $100 per unit must be paid a minimum of one week prior to the event. This deposit will be held until an inspection of the units after the event takes place. If there is any food, candy, silly string, glitter, or any other substance that requires extra cleaning of the unit, The Waterslide Guys will retain the deposit to pay for the extra cleaning.

Inflatable Rental Cleaning Fees

– $200 (Cleaning such as Food, Candy, Face Paint, Etc)

– $500-$1000 (Damages such as Holes, Tears, Rips, Stains, Burns, Punctures, Silly String, Permenant Damage, Etc)

– $4000 & up (If the unit is not repairable or stolen, total Loss)

The customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment or if it is lost or stolen.

 

Possession

The Customer grants the right and has the right, to grant, The Waterslide Guys to enter said property for the delivery of equipment at the approximate specified time. The Customer agrees to grant access at any time (24/7) to pick up the equipment. Failure to do so will result in an additional trip fee of $125.00/trip. A $25.00/hour late fee will be charged for any units that cannot be picked up at the end of the rental period due to restricted access.

The Waterslide Guys will set up and take down rental equipment. Customers shall not move rental equipment once The Waterslide Guys has set it up. Moving the inflatable rental equipment can cause damage or extreme danger and will incur a $500.00 fee assessed to the Customer for moving rental equipment after it has been set up.

  • The Waterslide Guys is not responsible for damages, injuries, and or deaths as a result of moving rental equipment. In the event equipment is blown away due to customer negligence of removing stakes, moving the equipment, or alternating the equipment in any way, the customer is responsible for any and all damages, including but not limited to the full replacement cost of the unit and any fees associated.
