-HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD FOR?
The standard inflatable rental includes up to 6 hours, it will be set-up, cleaned, and ready to use for the full 6-hour rental period. When booking online the “Start Time” is the time we will have it set-up and ready to use.
Typically we arrive an hour or more before the rental start time to ensure the unit is set-up and ready for use by your selected start time. Exact delivery and pickup times may vary depending on the delivery schedule. We may deliver units as early as 8am and pick up as late as 11pm depending on the most efficient route for the day.
- We also offer weekend Pricing. All Weekend Rentals will be delivered Saturday Morning and picked up Sunday Evening based on the most efficient routes for the day.
Yes, we provide a full-service rental! Including delivery, full setup, and pick up of the units after your party is over! Customer pick-up is NOT available for inflatable rentals.
-DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, we require a %50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to get your reservation on the schedule. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apply Pay & Google Pay. The deposit goes towards your total balance and is used to lock in your reservation and reserve your unit. (Checks are accepted for Schools & Churches)
Full payment is due 24 hours prior to delivery, if payment is not made additional amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

-WHAT TIME DO I ENTER AS MY START TIME? WHEN YOU WILL DELIVER?
The time you enter into your quote/order is the time we are guaranteed to have the inflatable set-up and ready to go.
Rentals may be delivered as early as 7am and picked up late depending on the best delivery route and/or schedule for the day.
You will receive a text message between 24 – 48 hours before your event with your estimated delivery window.
Our latest pick-up time offered is 9 pm. Any event that ends after 9 pm will have to be booked with the overnight price and picked up the following day.
-ARE YOUR RENTALS CLEAN?
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized.
-WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR IS WINDY?
The Waterslide Guys reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in The Waterslide Guy’s opinion, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety of guests & patrons. This includes but is not limited to wind, rain, snow, or mud. A suitable indoor location should be reserved as an alternative site in the event of poor weather conditions.
- The Waterslide Guys reserves the right to cancel the event when the wind speeds are in a hazardous range to operate inflatables.
- The Waterslide Guys reserves the right to cancel if the temperature is unsafe due to heat or cold.
If the weather is questionable The Waterslide Guys will contact the lessee no later than 2 hours prior to delivery. The deposit will not be refunded if the lessee is made to cancel by The Waterslide Guys due to weather conditions. Deposits will be reserved for an event rescheduling no later than 365 days after cancellation (prices may vary).

-DOES THE RENTAL HAVE TO BE SETUP ON GRASS?
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Rentals that are set up on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or pavement must be closely watched to prevent their moving. If the equipment moves the customer is responsible for moving back to the original location and securing it properly as displayed at setup time. WIND SPEEDS MUST NOT EXCEED 15 MPH for concrete, asphalt, or pavement setups. If wind exceeds 15 MPH customer is to provide a suitable grass location or reschedule the event for another date up to 1 year or (365 days) from the Cancellation Date.
Please note: We do not setup on gravel, rocks, dirt, sand, bricks, or any sharp objects.
-HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP INFLATABLES?
It takes anywhere from 30 minutes – 1 hour to setup one unit depending on size and delivery access. Setup times can vary for large events.
-DOES SOMEONE STAY AND SUPERVISE THE INFLATABLE UNITS?
“Event Staffing” is not included in the base rental price. We do offer staffing options at $85/hr per staff member.
-CAN I USE A WATER HOSE ON A BOUNCE HOUSE?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. Please note, that we do NOT provide a water hose for any inflatable rental.
-WHAT TYPE OF PARTIES AND EVENTS DO YOU PROVIDE RENTAL FOR?
Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
-DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON RENTALS?
The base price does not include delivery charges or sales tax. Sales tax will be added to all rentals based on location and your county’s tax requirements.
-DO YOUR UNITS CONTAIN ANY LEAD IN THE VINYL & ARE THEY SAFE?
All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
